Jilebi

A traditional sweet that everyone has a reason to like! Jalebi is prepared with a batter of chickpea flour or besan. The batter is directly poured into hot oil using a mould or cloth into spiral shapes and deep fried. The deep fried jalebis are then soaked in sugar syrup to get this delicious Indian treat.
