Kambu Ribbon Pakkoda

This is a crisp and crumbly millet based snack. While ribbon pakodas are normally made with chickpea flour, this recipe has millet in it which makes it much healthier snack. The ribbon pakodas are perked up with caraway seeds and spiced up with black pepper powder.
